Country Info: Grendarr Mountains

The Grendarr Mountains are designed to be a "barbarian wilderness", yet one that's still reasonably accessible from the civilized countries.

Not a kingdom, but a region of almost unbelievably steep mountains that only the stout dwarves seem to be able to cross with any efficiency. No human kingdom would bother claiming this region, for not only would it involve needless patrols of useless land, but also its numerous dwarves might object.

On the surface of these mountains reside not only many fierce beasts, but also some tribes of human "barbarians," who trade furs with the agoraphobic dwarves for weapons and armor to use in raids against the nearby kingdoms.
