A Notification to all Possessors of mercantile Vessels sailing Dosanese Waters:
It has been reported to the Agency that a Ship of Provenance unknown to the local Registrar was sunk as the Result of a Storm on the Coast of Nicolia. Authorities of that Region have further been reported to be commencing retrieval Operations, claiming the Wreckage to be abandoned and without legal Claimant.
The Owner of said Vessel is therefore encouraged to report in Person or by legally designated Proxy to our Offices with Documentation sufficient to establish Ownership of any Cargo which may be retrieved. Action will thereafter be undertaken by the Agency to ensure the Return of all Salvage in Accordance with the Law.
Private Action is not recommended by the Agency.

This is a notification of the highest priority to all citizens.
On the 20th of November last, a ship of unknown origin was lost in a storm off the coast of Nicolia. Though Hesketine authorities sought information leading to the identification of the ship’s owner, none was forthcoming, and the Yamamotoan salvage operations proceeded unimpeded.
It has recently been disclosed by the office of the Yamamotoan administration that the ship when recovered contained a VAMPIRE in a temporary quiescent state. The vampire in question has been disposed of through the good offices of the Church of Tralados, but documents were also recovered from the wreck outlining plans for a darkling invasion of Yamamoto. It is therefore considered likely by the religious and temporal authorities that other vampires or their servitors may remain in the Delonan region. All ships are advised to exercise extreme caution in interaction with other vessels.
Any person who witnesses suspicious behavior indicative of darkling activity should notify their local temple immediately.

Strange news has been spreading throughout eastern Hesket like wildfire: Yamamoto is joining the Crusade!
Well, that's not precisely true, as Allondine and Chardrois officials will clarify when asked. There will be no Yamamotoan soldiers fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with the brave men and women on the borders of Bilgosh. But it is true that something unprecedented has happened. The Yamamotoan Viceroy at Seiguntou has extended an offer of treaty with the Crusader nations. Rumors flying thick in Delona suggest that something wrecked on the shores of the Yamamotoan colony has the Viceroy convinced that Bilgosh presents a threat to her homeland, though no Yamamotoan sources seem willing to confirm any details. Still, the offer of treaty has been made to Allondell and Chardreau.
To that end, a summit has been declared on January 26th, 1013, in the capital city of the Delonan nation of Vallino. There, diplomats from the two chief Crusader countries will meet with Yamamotoan officials and negotiate the terms of the treaty agreement.
Naturally, there are concerns that some local elements may be opposed to the formation of a formal alliance of any kind between Yamamoto and the nations of Hesket. Resentment and ill will toward the Yamamotoans, who are viewed as foreign occupiers, persist throughout Delona. Warriors, mages, and other skilled individuals of good reputation are being hired on as additional security for the summit. Travel expenses, room and board for these security personnel will be compensated, in addition to a generous wage.
When?
January 26th, 2013. Check-in will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm; new players should arrive at 1:00pm to make new characters and attend New Player Orientation.
The events is expected to end around 8:00pm.

How much?
$15, but is free for first-time players or for anyone who brings along a first-time player.
Game style?
This game will be heavily-plotted, featuring some elements of politics and intrigue, and moderate levels of combat.
