Malema (mah-LAY-mah) is Hesket's only official theocracy. This small Delonan island is under the control of the Order of the Divine Codex of Justice, better known as the Codexers -- the most prominent of the Nennite military orders. The Codexers are considered to be orderly, fair, and just; they are, after all, a Nennite order.

Malema is not a large island. Its primary industry is acting as the Order's headquarters, and it conducts little trade.
